Leads Bowhead’s business and works with clinicians and scientists to develop healthcare technologies, including investigational trial-matching software Navigator. He also founded FDMedicine, focused on AAV gene therapy and capsid engineering. Before biotech, he founded companies in gaming and advertising technology.

Co-founded VBI Vaccines and led clinical development of its three-antigen hepatitis B vaccine through licensure. Across his career, he contributed to 9 licensed vaccines and more than 50 antiviral and vaccine trials. He has authored 130+ papers and book chapters.

Leads Bowhead’s glycoscience programs, bringing more than 20 years of glycobiology experience, including research at Canada’s National Research Council. He contributed to the international Symbol Nomenclature for Glycans. He leads the polysialic acid preservation program and is a named inventor on its organ-preservation filing.

Brings experience across biotechnology, academic research and regulatory affairs. Her gene therapy research at the University of Waterloo included Mitacs Accelerate projects. At Bowhead, she supports scientific documentation, quality systems and clinical validation studies as Lab Manager.

Advises on digital health strategy, partnerships and market development. He brings more than 30 years of experience at Eli Lilly, where his leadership roles included President of Eli Lilly Korea and Senior Director of Digital Health.

Leads regulatory strategy with 16+ years of experience in biologics and pharmaceuticals. A Weizmann-trained tumor immunologist and former VP of Global Regulatory Affairs at SciVac, she supported the three-antigen hepatitis B vaccine through marketing authorization and co-authored the PROTECT and CONSTANT Phase 3 studies.

Leads operations and supports commercial development, bringing experience in brand building, supply chains and bringing products to market. He founded GOA Skincare, a direct-to-consumer men’s skincare brand focused on skin longevity through active formulations and red-light devices.

Leads data science work in clinical trial matching and healthcare data analysis. Trained in biomedical engineering, he develops analytical tools and data workflows, drawing on experience in machine learning, data engineering and the organization of complex medical information.

Contributes oncology expertise to the evaluation of Navigator’s trial-matching research. She is a clinical oncologist, a Clinical Fellow in Medical Oncology at Queen’s University, and a contributor to Common Sense Oncology.
