Website content is general information about Bowhead Health, our research programs, capabilities and publications. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use this site to make decisions about your health or another person’s care.

Do not send medical records or sensitive health details through the contact form. The site is not an emergency service.

3. Navigator is investigational

Navigator is investigational decision-support software. It is not a diagnostic device, does not diagnose or treat disease, and does not determine whether a person is eligible for a clinical trial. A clinician or research team must independently review relevant information and apply the study protocol. Patients will soon be able to use a beta version at bowhead.ai. Please check back regularly for updates. The beta may produce inaccurate matches. Review all trial criteria with a trained medical professional.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Bowhead or its licensors own the site’s text, design, graphics and other content. You may view and share links to the site for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, republish or commercially exploit site content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Bowhead Health, Navigator and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. Other names and marks are used for identification and remain the property of their owners.

5. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or collect information at scale without permission, or misrepresent your identity. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the site or its users.

6. Third-party links

Links may lead to third-party websites, including journals, ClinicalTrials.gov, Calendly and patient resources. Bowhead does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement unless we say so expressly.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that content is complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on the site creates a physician-patient, research, advisory or other professional relationship.

To the extent permitted by law, Bowhead and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. These terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
