2. Scope

This policy covers visitors to our public website and people who contact us about business, research or partnership matters. It does not govern patient information handled under a separate clinical, research, business associate or data-processing agreement. Those agreements set the applicable terms.

If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, organization, the reason for your message and any information you choose to include. Please do not send patient records, medical details or other sensitive health information through this website.

Our hosting provider may process basic server data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics.

4. How we use information

We use contact details to respond to your inquiry, route it to the right team and maintain necessary business records. We use server data to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps requested by you, our legitimate interests in running the site and communicating with business contacts, or your consent.

We may share information with service providers that host the website, support our email and help schedule meetings, including Calendly if you choose its booking link.
